Before You Delete

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Before deleting your account, consider:
  • Exporting your data - Download your transcripts and insights from each project
  • Sharing important findings - Make sure you’ve saved any research insights you need
  • Alternative options - You can archive projects instead of deleting your entire account
