Before You Delete
Before deleting your account, consider:- Exporting your data - Download your transcripts and insights from each project
- Sharing important findings - Make sure you’ve saved any research insights you need
- Alternative options - You can archive projects instead of deleting your entire account
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:| Data Type | What’s Deleted |

| Transcripts | Full transcripts and audio files |
| Insights | All extracted insights and synthesis reports |

How to Delete Your Account
- Sign in to your Hallway account
- Click on your profile in the bottom-left corner
- Select Settings
- Go to the Security tab
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone section
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm by typing your email address
- Click Permanently Delete Account
After deletion, you’ll be signed out automatically. You can create a new account with the same email address in the future, but your previous data will not be restored.
Data Retention
After account deletion:- Your data is immediately removed from our active systems
- Backups containing your data are purged within 30 days
- We retain no personally identifiable information
