Creating Your Account

Getting started with Hallway is quick and easy:
  1. Visit hallwayai.com and click Get Started or Sign Up
  2. Enter your email address and create a password
  3. Check your email for a verification link
  4. Click the link to verify your account
  5. You’re ready to create your first research project!
Your account includes a personal workspace where you can create unlimited research projects.

Signing In

To access your Hallway account:
  1. Go to hallwayai.com and click Sign In
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click Sign In to access your dashboard

Staying Signed In

Hallway keeps you signed in for convenience. Your session will remain active until you explicitly sign out or after an extended period of inactivity.

Resetting Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or want to change it:

From the Sign-In Page

  1. Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for a password reset link
  4. Click the link and create a new password

From Your Account Settings

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click on your profile in the bottom-left corner
  3. Select Settings
  4. Go to the Security tab
  5. Click Change Password
  6. Check your email for a password reset link
Password reset links expire after a short time for security. If your link has expired, request a new one.

Troubleshooting

Can’t sign in?

  • Double-check your email address for typos
  • Make sure Caps Lock is off when entering your password
  • Try resetting your password using the steps above

Not receiving emails?

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Add noreply@hallwayai.com to your contacts
  • Try using a different email address

Account locked?

If you’ve attempted to sign in too many times with incorrect credentials, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait a few minutes and try again. Need more help? Contact us at help@hallwayai.com.
