Your Interview Link

- Doesn’t require respondents to log in
- Stays the same as long as your project is active
Ways to Share
Share your interview link however works best for reaching your target respondents:- Email
- Messaging

Best Practices
Set expectations upfront
Set expectations upfront
Tell respondents what to expect: a voice conversation with an AI interviewer lasting about 10 minutes (or your configured time limit). Mention they’ll need microphone access.
Explain the value
Explain the value
People are more likely to participate when they understand how their input will be used. Share why their perspective matters to your research.
Choose the right time
Choose the right time
Send interview invitations when respondents are likely to have 10-15 minutes of uninterrupted time. Avoid sending late at night or during busy periods.
Follow up thoughtfully
Follow up thoughtfully
If you need more responses, send a gentle reminder. Don’t spam—one or two follow-ups is usually enough.
Tracking Responses
As respondents complete interviews, you’ll see them appear in your project’s Responses tab:- Total Sessions - How many interviews have been started
- Completed - How many finished successfully
- Processed - How many have been transcribed and analyzed
Closing Your Project
When you’ve collected enough responses:- You can close your project to stop accepting new interviews
- Existing sessions remain accessible
- The interview link will show a “project closed” message to new visitors
Troubleshooting
Link not working?- Verify the project is activated (not in Draft status)
- Check that you copied the complete link
- Try opening the link in an incognito/private browser window
- They need to allow microphone access in their browser
- A stable internet connection is required
- Desktop browsers generally work better than mobile
Next Steps
- Configure interview settings like time limits
- Learn how interviews work from the respondent’s perspective
